If you are a South East Water residential customer, you can manage your South East Water account on the move, with the mySouthEastWater app.

Simply download the app, enter your mySouthEastWater details and youre ready to go! To register with mySouthEastWater, visit mysoutheastwater.com.au from a desktop computer and have your bill on hand (youll need your account number and customer name to register).

Once youve registered with mySouthEastWater, the app will allow you to:

• View your current and past bills
• Pay your bills by credit card
• View your water usage history
• Set your water usage targets
• Access South East Water LIVE
• Upload a photo of your meter read
• Make the switch to paperless billing
• Request more time to pay your account

Youll also be able to:

• Change your contact details
• Submit an enquiry
• Contact South East Water via social media
